Welp, I cant get a clear shot of him, its all way too blurry so Ill do my best to describe. I think he is def a goby, he is about 4" long and is white/pearl/clear and has very intricate purple steaks and dots. What is he!? I think the store had him labled close to "bue spotted purple blenny"...

You should def. do some research on the fish before you buy. They all WILL outgrow that tank, even one will.

How long until I should be worried? There is a 14 day garuntee so Im worried if he does die I need to know when to look for him? Should I just give it a few days? A week?

Adding them all at the same time should be fine. The reason you want to stagger adding them is because of the large bioload it adds. But if you are handling the bioload fine now, im sure it will be ok.
