AHA!!! I have PICS, now can you help me identify?

I really hope this works. I posted earlier about this strange little colony on my live rock. They have prong type openings (like the setting of a diamond) usually one on both ends, and sometimes one in the middle. They are a light orange. They close up and wrinkle when you stick your hand in...

    Help me identify these please.

I thought the first one might be a feather duster as well, but I wasn't sure since there seemed to be quite a few of them. I have scoured the hitchhiker threads, and I can't find anything that looks like this. I'll look further and try and see if I can get a picture of it. Thank you!

    Help me identify these please.

I wish I could get good pictures of it, but I can't, and even if I could I can't figure out how to save them small enough to attach them. Anyway, here are my descriptions. On my mushroom rock I have "flowers" that look like thin dandelions. They are very small, there are three or four of them...

    missing anemone and cloudy water

We are running a skimmer. I'm not certain what a fuge is (please excuse my ignorance)but we have two powerheads. I can't tell that it got sucked into one, and it wasn't near them but I guess you never know. What is a fuge? We have two filters, an emperor 280 and 400. We did a ten gallon...

    missing anemone and cloudy water

I don't understand why when we take our water samples to the pet store to be tested, they tell us everytime, that our levels are fine, that there is always a little bit of (nitrite, nitrates, ammonia)in the tank. Why are my corals doing so well? Are they not affected by all of this?

I have a 55 gallon tank, with corallite lighting, as well as Actinic, we have strong lighting for our corals which have been doing beautifully up until this (I'm really crossing my fingers that it doesn't hurt my coral). I do have two powerheads but the anemone was on the sand, not near the...

Cleaner shrimp with lawnmower blenny - weird, what does this mean?

I know that they clean parasites, but I didn't know that it's normal for them to be inside the gills of the fish!! I don't know much. So, if the parasites are in the fish, could they be in the tank and if they are, what do I do?

My cleaner shrimp is cleaning my lawnmower blenny INSIDE of his gills. It is the wierdest thing I have ever seen. His two short little cleaner pincher looking things are actually going inside the blenny's gills. And the blenny is not acting sick, he's able to move around and has been eating...

What is wrong with my colt coral (pic included)

Your tank is very impressive! How did you attach that picture? When I go to attach my file it says it's too big. How long has your tank been set up? So, if it were dying, do you know how I would know? And if it did, should I get it out immediately? I thought of something after I posted...
