so i have a 3 gallon dicokit saltwater tank with just live rock and a small! damsil in it...i was thinking cuz i have a 12 and a 6 gallon nanos to turn the 2 into a tiny frag tank...cuz i have some kenya tree and xenia id like to frag anyways...if i took the live rock out...i still have live...

ya that colt is amazing some coral is good priced and it healthy stuff well looks like it is and the equip. isnt that much above cost compaired to most stores who jack it up 15%

becareful with 6th ave corals... they seem nice but they dont live long from my experanice

where is pets n ponds? i hate 6th ave veryyyy unhealthy fisht there...fish fish n more fish i just found a few weeks ago and i love it...very nice store

for the bay area fish stores...DO NOT GO TO 6th ave in SF coral is $18 but it almost all dies and there fish are cheap but not taken care of well at all just go in there on a sunday when they have there "sale" they float bags on the water with fish and some are dead its just really bad....cheap...

is it possible to turn lava rock into into live rock...its alot cheaper and i kno it can be seeded...but id be worried about toxic gases stayin in the rock and comming out much later...what are your thoughts? i deffitenly wouldnt do it in the DT but maybe a kiddy pool or something... thanks

so i was talking to the owner of my LFS and the day before the owner of the company that makes koralia powerheads came from itaily to his shop on a promotion thing and he said they are making a koralia powerhead for nano tanks. anyone else heard about this? i cant wait for it...

lauren! i went to the LFS i told u about on Lombard Street. it was amazing. very far prices and reallly nice stock of fish and corals...they ONLY have SALTWATER and Coral so no freshwater...its very nice u should go check it out if u havent already
