How do you kill mushrooms? I know if you cut them, they will just regrow. I have a rock with several colors of shrooms on it and I only want maybe 1 or 2 of the colors, the rest I want to remove because they are ugly.

Well I'll probably hold off on an anemone until I can setup a non-coral tank for them. I've read the xenia have no probelms when clowns host in them so I might try them out. I ordered 4 false percs and they should be here shortly. I think those are my favorite ones and I hope they arrive safely.

I hear ya on going to great lengths. I am kinda worried now, on another board, they said that some lace rock has metals that can leach out and destroy a reef. Any ideas on how to tell if my rock has these metals? Now that there is doubt, I dont know if I want to use it any more.
