I buy my RO water @ the local grocery store for .19 per gallon. I used to have a big hair algae problem but since I now use this water for all topoffs & water changes its all gone.

I would add a dwarf angel. Maybe a flame.

How much was the one you were looking at? I was looking at one at the LFS for 39.99 seems cheap.

The thousand hand is a tube anemone. Don't know about the other one.

My bluespot jaw & true percs love it also. Scarlets love the extra's. That's funny Ty 05 f I've seen my male perc do the same thing.:D

What's the diference between a 6500k & a 6700k bulb? I ordered a 6700k quad pc bulb but recieved a 6500k bulb. Does this matter? Will it hurt my tank?:confused: :notsure:

It only helped my hair algae temperarily. It came back even worse. You're much better off finding the real problem then hoping for a quick fix. The guy at the LFS said the algae becomes immune to it eventually. They tried it in their system & had the same results. They won't even sell it anymore!!
