    the good thing with a closed loop that, if planned right, can get all those ugly PH out of you tank. you can use one large pump and then just plum the tank and all you'll see is just the plumming

You have to find what works. now saying that... at a min I would do a 20% water change once a month. so I think that's ~ 13g on new saltwater a month. now you can divide these 13g how ever is...

    Yeah... i would say boil it in ro water. if your looking for goot test kits... look into salifert (sp?). they seem to be the best. :thinking: Bronx?? where... I'm in the soundview/Castle hill area.
