In the future, after many years of trying different products and ways to kill aiptasia, the best method by far is Injecting the aiptasia with distilled white vinegar. No ill effects on tank and the aiptasia melts immediately.

    Phosphate Removal..

If you do not use the recommended dose of phosban media, you can add to much, which will pull out the phosphates to fast. This in turn will effectivly kill off the green algae, but with such a fast die off, can cause your tank to go into a cycle. If you add the phosphate through a reactor...

    Green Algae on glass

I find that the snails you get on E Bay from people on the Carolina coast do very well. They also multiply very quickly. ILyanassa Obsoleta) These snails are excellent and safe for all types of marine and reef aquariums. They don't consume any form of hair algae but they will help keep it at...

    Green Algae on glass

Everyone will get some form of growth on the glass. It is perfectly normal. As Darknes said, scrape daily with a magfloat and then clean with razor weekly or monthly. All depends on how fast it grows.

Diagram layout of 240gallon... need a little assistance

I dont know why people add together the total water volume of a tank when they dont fill the entire tank. It may be a 30 gal, but you will only put like 15-20 gals in it. So adding 6 x 30 gal tanks will not add 180 gal of water volume, it may only add 90-120 gals. Some people need...
