So this weekend when I did my weekly water change this is what the readings were. sg - 1.026 Alk - 8 dkh Cal - 320 I will be changing to another salt by my next water change this weekend. Satcmofish what do you have to trade??? I am just up the road in the Jackson area and I make it to Hattiesburg often. I have some Candy Cane corals that have 5-7 heads and some Cream trumpet corals with 4-6 heads on them. I also have a Galaxia frag that only has 1 head on it.

I got my Seabae about 14 months ago. It was about 3 inches across at that time. I have the Current-USA Dual Compact PC lights. 260 watts. My Seabae is now 8 inches across and doing great. So they can do fine under something besides Metal Halides.

Do you still have the frogspawn and if so then how much do you want for it?? If so do you have any pics you could email? Thanks ram6519@bellsouth.net

My LFS lets me dig through the tanks and buy any frag I find for 2 bucks each. Man, I wish my LFS had that kind of deal. I get charged $20 - $30 per frag at my LFS.

In my 55 Gal I have 5 Turbo snails and 18 Blue Legg Hermit crabs and they seem to do a pretty good job. My LFS tried to tell me that I need 1 Hermit crab per gallon but that seemed a bit excessive.

I have a Seaclone 100 and I have the same white spots all in it also. The spots are actually hard to the touch. I was thinking it was calcium.

I have a white mushroom. It looks just like my green hairy mushrooms but it is solid white. It was on the same rock that my hairy mushrooms are on. The LFS guy was hoping it would move to another rock before I bought it because he wanted it.

I have a Satellite Hood 48" with dual Actinic lights. How long should the Actinic lights stay on before and after the Daylight lamps are turned on and off? Does it really make a difference to the fish, live rock or Corals?

I did it once but will never do it again. This is my first SW tank and my LFS told me and gave me a dozen guppies to put in the tank. They said they will not live 48 hrs but it will help to cycle the tank. You should be able to trust your LFS, unfortunately they are the only LFS in Jackson, Ms.
