There is some stuff called "joes juice" do a search on this site to get more information on it. I heard that it works well. Peppermint shrimp work also.

Go to the user control panel then edit options near the bottom there is a place to upload your avatar that you have resized with ms paint so that it will "fit". you have more than 20 posts so they will let you upload an avatar.
