ok sorry it took me so long to get back. This is what happened: I got two new fish a wrasse and a file fish. I slowly acclimented them to the tank. Then released them and shut out the lights. The next day i noticed everything was doing pretty bad so i checked everything. All levels were perfect...

I let him acclimate for about 2 hrs then put him in, he just swam into a rock and now he does not want to move. i tried moving him and he did the same thing again.
