Thanks for the quick replies -- perhaps I should have washed it off more. Didn't expect such a dust storm. The flow is strong and I have my filter running so hopefully the fish will be fine. I'll go say a little prayer just in case!! Thank you all again!!

Hello Everyone!! I put some sand into my established tank earlier and it contained quite a bit more dust then I thought was left on it. The tank is completely cloudy, and while I know that it will settle, will it harm my fish in any way?

You mentioned in a previous post that someone was interested in tank and stand and you were looking for a buyer for the rocks and sand. I am actually interested in the sand, what price would you charge to part with about 40-50lbs? (IF you are wiling to do so!) If not I understand! Thanks!

I am in the Central Virginia (Lynchburg to be specific) area and I am looking for about 50-70# of LR. The local fish stores are slightly overpriced here. Thanks a bunch!!

Trust me, I know how you feel. My eyes are often much bigger than my tank... that is a lot of fish for a 75... especially the two tangs! Maybe keep one of the tangs and pick a couple of the fish you listed that you like best and run with it. It's hard to build a stock list when you want...
