It seems to work well for mine at three a sec. I drip over night and in the morning. That is just right for mine to account for evaporation. It keeps my tank full.

I drip roughly 3 a second in my 55G

I frag my colts all the time and use regular needle and thread to sew the base to a small rock. A few weeks you can cut the thread and it will stay.

You can slice and dice these any way you need to. They are real hardy. You really want to do this out side the tank though if possible to keep it from polutting the water durring surgery. I usually cut the top off and slice it like a pizza. Glue the frags on to little rocks and then put a mesh...

I bought my fans from the place I bought the lights. They were just computer style fans and came with a power cord. All I did was wire nut them together. No extra components needed. I am not sure if they are the same fans you are trying to use though.

get the wireless Logitec...... No wires and great response. Both of my xbox controller cables broke with in a year. I am getting wireless for all my consoles for now on:yes:

You really do not want to glue them all together as it will make it impossible to rearange later if and when you want to. Just put them is so they are as stable as you can get them.

They grow pretty quickly. I frag mine alot and they fill out again in a few months with good lighting. If your lighting is on the low side it may grow a bit slower
