how much are you getting per pup? and you wont drop 40 bucks on the necessary collars to mark them for an owner?
darth (cant read this thread any longer) Tang
Darth, I am selling the puppies for $700.00 full AKC registration, $500.00 for limited registration (not allowed to breed the pup, but have it fixed). So far I have gotten $100.00 deposits on three dogs. ($300.00) I have been off work since March and living on benifits. My annuity begins Nov 1, my mother is retired and on a fixed income...we have spent over $1000.00 so far on vet checks, shots, weewee pads, puppy food, special dog food for mom, newspaper ads over $300.00 all altogether. My back is out, my mothers back is out. I already spent my last $20.00 on leather straps and name beads...which didn't work.
I'm broke and no money until the 1st, so $40.00 is the same as $400.00 right now. I did have a little money...it went for an inline heater on my tank that went down to 65 degrees two nights ago. I am not being cheap...I'm just out of cash flow. Oh and I just spent $50.00 on another big bag of puppy food last night...it should last the week...I hope. Mother has $200.00 still in her account for groceries and if I need it, we can use it...but I hate to take her money.
So I WILL have some good money from the puppy sales but not yet.

Have them bring thier own collar. lol
Not a bad idea...LOL, unless puppy chews those off too. Will nail polish hurt them?
I have 5 of each sex, I could use nail polish to write a number on each pups right paw....1 - 5 and check for girl or boy..

Another Idea, if you have a dollar store, they sometimes have small collars, - Just right the name one the collar with a marker.

Don't know why mail polish would cause a problem. Just make sure it's dry so the mom wont lick it off. Camera would be a good idea too.

Okay...nail poilish it is...I have been taking pictures, but the camera isn't any use, the puppies look so much alike, then the light changes and I can't find that exact pup again.

Awwww... I know how attached one can get to an animal! Especially when they're cute and furry! Like puppies!

One lady, a friend....can't take her puppy until Nov 23. So I will have one little girl to love on a little longer. It should take the sting out of the others leaving if I have one left. She was afraid I would mind holding her pup for her that long.....one puppy I can manage, it's 10 that get rough. You should have seen the mess this morning....I bathed every pup with puppy soap this time...to sum what it was like ...EEEEWWWWWW POOOOOOO and they danced and wallowed in it...
LOL...the grandkids are here to help...

They are young...Emily is 8 and Amanda just turned 11...for a quarter a pile...LOL, they are lots of help, they want to go to the dollar store...I wish they could stay all week, but at least for the weekend I have some help.
I washed, the children brought us towels and my mother dried the puppies and another child put the newly clean puppy into the doggie crate to stay clean...So we had an assembly line to clean them up this morning.
