your tank looks great! I vote for the Harliquin Tusk! That is one of my favorite fishes! I can't have one with all my inverts but I can live vicariously through you!

Sounds good guys ! Are the Tusk hard to QT -? I forgot to mention about my Emperor. He is so mean, he chases my Hippo around and sometimes the Puffer .I hate when he dose that

I found that you'll always have one dominating fish in the tank. And if you get rid if that one, another will take its place. So it's best to just leave them alone, unless of course the dominating fish does actual damage.

I agree I too want to know what happened to the queen
The last I heard about it was when he said he bought the last one from swf.com
....so what happened?
lol I've been reading this thread like a book for the past hour instead of studying for finals!

Lol why thank you Crypt!!! I'm no expert but I've been able to keep my 24g nano running smoothly for 3 yrs now :) Anyways, I can only assume it died. And on that basis I do not think it wise for him to get another, at least for a good long while. After going through 3 baby hippos I stopped trying.

Gtd what fish did you decide on
I reread my post and see how it could be read as me implying he was the reason for the fish dying
. Sorry I didn't mean that at all, I just meant that sometimes despite all precautions things just refuse to work.

There's always a reason when a fish dies. They don't just die because they're not meant to be. Of course it's always possible the fish was sick to begin with, in which case, I'd buy from a different store. My first queen angel that I got from SWF.com arrived dead. The one I have now and had for years I got from somewhere else and it's very hardy, never had any problems with her.

Hey Pete and Crypt ! I'm still not sure what to add next. I know I only can add a few more, I like the Tusk, but I heard they are hard to QT. I wanted to get a pair of dwarf angels, but I'm not sure what the Emp might do. I love Pete's Clown Trigger, but he might wreck my tank. Hi Alice ! How are you -? Thanks for reading my diary. How you did on the finals -? As for the Queen, I went through about 9 of them. I never have luck with them
The last one got beat up by the Emp. So no more for me. I think choosing this next fish is the hardest decision I ever made.

The Emp should leave dwarf angels alone. You could do like 3 or 4 Flame angels. I forget the name when you keep a group. Its not school. Or add a BiColor Flame mix. I have that in my 75 and its working out fine. The colors are unreal. That red and yellow. The issue I see and maybe others can deny or confirm. That bulldozer of a puffer. Id be afraid of adding smaller fish. He may eat them.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS CRYPT ! Na, the Puff is pretty quite and mellow. Wow Crypt, I love that mix of the Bi-Color and Flame. How should I do it and how many -? Can I also add the Tusk as maybe the final fish a few months later-?

Dude, my clown trigger is the most peaceful fish in the tank. The queen and sohal are a whole lot more agressive. Heck, the sargassum trigger is more agressive. I never once saw the clown bother another fish. Only thing it did was wipe out my mexican turbo snails. But people say clown triggers snap all of a sudden, so I'm waiting for that to happen.

Happy Holidays GTD...I'm all for a mix of Dwarf Angels in a tank such as yours...1 might get lost in there, but 2 or 3 really add an amazing splash of color....I would do Lemonpeel, Coral Beauty and Flame.

I'm not a fan of Dwarf Angels (or other small fish) in large tanks but that's just my own opinion. Nothing wrong with them, I just like to have large fish in large tanks. I don't want to spend all this money and effort for a large tank to keep a fish that I could keep in a 55 gal.

Lemon Peel would be a great addition although you have an all yellow fish. The BiColors can be hard too acclimate. Kirks list isnt a bad idea at all! I would def. get a Flame Angel. Tanks needs some red.
Happy Holidays to you too!

I wanted to get a Coral Beauty,Bi-Color and 2 Flames . What do you guys think -? The last addition might be the Tusk, sometime next year.
