By the way, good job on going a week! Its hard enough for me to keep a diet going for a week, I couldnt imagine the struggle youve been going through. You are truly a stronger man then I am.

Yes, it's something stdreb pointed out to me. It's an all natural product that fools me into thinking it's the real thing. Not something I want to do long term, but there is no physical harm in it since it's natural.

Thank you, and I will take this opportunity to point out that I am a Christian (and not ashamed of it btw). I look back at this thread daily, and your mention on "praying" for me has carried great weight. As silly as this trial seems to some, it has proven to be my greatest endeavor. So thank you for your continued support.

our family moved from MN to Alaska in 96' we drove up and when we left my mom had decided she was going to quit smoking after 30+ years and start a new life in AK smoke free and she did it.
If she can do it anyone can I figure. Good luck to you
