He finally gave up the ghost and I took him out as the nassarius snails moved in, I was so pissed at those snails. They just seem to have personality. Sorry again about the lil guy.
Thanks, I'm just happy my lfs is going to give me another one. But like I said, I'll wait until the Cardinals are in the DT, that way my little Goby can have the QT all to himself.
BTW, love your avatar picture. Looks like the little guy is waiving.

You said it. I may try to do it when I have a free day or two this month. I will definitely do it before I get my Fuzzy Dwarf Lion.

No new pics. Sorry, been busy with my two girls. All is well though and the Cardinals are doing just fine. I tell you when I feed them mysis shrimp they become like little sharks, wouldn't want to stick my finger in the tank in fear of getting it bit off.
The two clowns are just loving all the swim room they have in the DT and I didn't think they would be big swimmers, you know, like the tangs. But, I was wrong, they are having a ball. :happyfish Cardinals will be in the DT in two weeks!

Thanks!
I can't wait until I get some zoos and some xenias (sp?). After the Cardinals I'll make another attempt at a Diamond Goby and then after he goes in the DT I'll start getting some coral. It's just so hard to go slow.
I hope all my efforts pay off with a nice and healthy tank.

Nice lookin' pics!
I finally got around to having my calcium and alkalinity tested. So, here are the results I promised you a few weeks ago:
Ca: 410
Alk: 5.4 (I will be adding buffer this weekend).

bgrae, so sorry about your Cardinals. Do you know why they died?
I left for three days on a retreat with some friends and left my husband in charge of the tanks. Well, when I got back the DT looked fine, no problems. But the QT was very cloudy and smelled "fishy". :scared: The Cardinals were breathing a bit heavy and I immediately did a water change. Still worried they wouldn't make it I went ahead and moved them in the DT (2 hour drip acclimate) 4 days shy of the 3 week QT time.
I have a feeling my hubby overfed them, but he doesn't think he did. Regardless the Cardinals are in the DT and I'm trying to get my QT back to normal before adding anything else. Here are some pics of the Bangaii Cardinals. I was worried when I first put them in, because their color did not look good, but this morning they seem to be bright again and they ate like they normally do, like sharks. So I think they will be ok.

Coraline is coming along great! My camera sucks so my rock doesn't hardy show any in the pictures, although it came from SWF looking the way yours did. I seem to have a lot of green on there instead of purple. That will be short lived I'm sure.

Thanks, I actually started to lose my purple coraline and realized I didn't have enough calcium. Once I got my calcium up to 400 and my alk and pH adjusted my purple has made a come back. I really like how it looks now.

Yes, the clowns have grown. Nemo (the small one) is now as big as Coral was when we first got them. I really have no idea how long it takes them to get to full size, but at this rate they will for sure be full size within a year, if not sooner. I must be doing something right because they are fat and happy.
