Well from what I was reading from a couple different bodybuilding sites is that you want 1-1.5 grams of protein per POUND of body weight... so i'd need 165g of protein a day according to that (at least). It also said that you want like 2.5 - 3.5 grams of carbs per day... so roughly 500 carbs a day for my weight <-- thats the hard part!
If you think that info is wrong.. then i'll gladly do something different... because eating all i've eaten today has made me so friggin miserable.. and i've gained like 2-3 lbs today.. and I weighed myself AFTER I had to sit on the toilet for several minutes (tmi?) :hilarious
