AWSOME!!!!!
all i have to say lol
do the vortechs really make much of a diff...can you guys help me out with this? I think my tanks are to small for those beasts! LOL
plus their so da** expensive!
Does one still need two on opposite ends or can i suffice with one?
Is ur man as happy as u are with all that $$$ gone...i mean stuff u guys got!
Is that the same thing as the canary wrasse? Or is that the white belly one?
Thanks!
Yes, the Vortech's make a HUGE difference! I have two 40's and a 10 in the 180 and a 10 in the seahorse tank now. I plan on adding one more 10 for the refugium/clown breeder that's attached to my 180 and then I'll be done. They really are a great investment. I would not put them in anything less than 20G though, in my 30, it's on the LOWEST setting on Lagoon mode (which is gentle) and it's still pushing around a lot.
You can run just one, it depends on the tank. I ran only one in my 155, although I really probably needed two. In my 30 seahorse, I'll only run one, as well as my 35G refugium. I think anything from 55 and up needs two.
He picked out all the corals and the Yellow Corris, although I've been eyeing it for a few days now. He was pissed at me for buying more sea horses, so I shut him up by getting the MP10 for the 180 for him. We split the bill (even though we're married and it's all the same money, LOL).
Yes, it's also known as a Canary Wrasse. It's still a juvenile right now. I was looking for a young one so it was less likely to irritate my Harlequin Shrimp.
