part of the chritian faith is to spread the word of god to the non-believers so it is a christians duty to do so but most of us try not to be a pain in the butt about it we as christians want everyone to know gods love and mercy for us that's all...tobin

not trying to sound judgmental sorry, if i came off that way, just hell is worse than anyone can imagine christians do not want anyone to go there, so we try to lead people to christ to put it another way lets say you can see into the future its superbowl 50 or whatever and you know who is going to win would you want to tell your friends and family the outcome for financial gain? christians do the same thing for spiritual gain, just one considers the riches in heaven to be a lot more than here on earth as the saying goes you can't take it with you...tobin

Agreed, I'm not saying that what either of what you are saying is wrong, but this is simply not the place to discuss it... I think this thread must be big discussion in the Shark Tank...

I often find humor in the fact that the subject of religion causes more disagreement among people (b/t christians too) than that of politics. Is there really such thing as a "holy war"?

BTW- the last 3 times I've been to a church was 1) My brother's memorial service, 2) my stepmom's memorial service, 3) my best friend's memorial service.

This is called harassment, and it is against the law. It works both ways. You wouldn't want him pressuring you to believe what he believes, nor do you have ANY right whatsoever to do this.

Doesn't that document refer to bosses confronting employees?

You think you have a right to make the workplace uncomfortable for your boss? You do not have the right to harass ANYONE in the work place.
The company must respond to any sort of harassment claim...there is no distinction here that because he is the boss, the employee can harass him.
Ideally the company has a harassment policy that outlines this.

there is a difference between "Employers" and "Bosses"... just because one is your "Boss" doesnt make em your "Employer"... best just to leave religion out of the office or workplace...

I totally agree. Anyone in management has likely had several courses on EEOC Harassment and Discrimination.
