Cool... I was there as well looking. So many configurations with the lights. I am jut confusing myself even more. LOL
It is probably between the (6) 24w T5's or the (1) HQI 150w with the (2) 24w T5's. Not much of a price difference.

Not much difference. The HQ would definitely allow you to keep anything you wanted in the tank. I went with the T5's for energy reasons (electric bill)

Well I do not plan on anything extreme, but do not want to be limited in case I do decide I want something special. I hate being limited by something like a light. LOL

For real, I think those are needed for the LPS & SPS corals. Which I am not even tempted to try yet!

Woohoo.. Almost time to go home. Can't wait to see the top pic so I can see how this will work out for me.

i also think the koralia nano in the back is good. but that wont provide enough flow. the question was if he was adding another source of flow...and as for lighting, if you want a clam or anemone than halide is the way to go. if only corals softies, LPS, SPS that T5's are your best bet....

I'll get you a pic tonight... hopefully I can get one that does justice to the glass.

cayman, with the lights she has on this tank, she can keep any kind of coral or anemone, an possibly even a clam, but it will get too big for the tank

mboswell... Thank you for the info. If that is the case, then why would someone need to get the HQI?

Here you go; I hope you can tell by these pics if it's what you need. They can be slid together or to the back or to the front. Any way you want to arrange them. So far I have found NOTHING wrong about this tank. Except the evaporation. I find I have to put about 1/2 a gallon in every three or two days.

Thank you very much!!! That is awesome. Now will the back piece of glass slide all the way back? I assume that is why it is notched on the left side because of the skimmer. Correct?
Thanks again... that tank looks amazing!!!

Yes you can slide it all the way back; the legs of the refuguim light stops it after so far.
Any thing else I can help you with to decide. Just yell. It's a great tank.
