Yeah just the standard PVC cement and primer is all you need. That's what everybody uses. Prime the inside of the slip fittings and the outside of the pipe. Then when you put the cement on...just put it on the outisde of the pipe. That way you don't end up with a bunch of exess on the inside of your pipes.

By the way where do you see 91.70? I can't find it for that price.

Since I am going to have to let my tank cycle... can I add dead rock/rock that was once live and just toss it into the tank with the live rock without it damanging anything? If so, how long should I wait to let it to cycle? 6 weeks?

Yeah you can add dead rock with live rock. Infact it's cheaper to do it this way and the good thing is the live rock will eventually populate the dead rock and turn it back into live rock. You can do the same with sand. And yes, you might as well do it all at once if you can.
The time it takes the tank to cycle is a little bit different from system to system depending on the set up. You'll want to get yourself a Saltwater Master Test kit. You'll have to test your water daily while the tank cycles. Typically it's about 4-6 weeks for a new tank to cycle. Once your water peramiters are safe then you can start adding fish once you've quartined them...but you'll have to add them slowly in order for the biological bacteria to have time to adjust/catch up to the new bio load.

Gotcha! Ok, I have over 100lbs of dead rock and will be adding probably 50-100 of live rock... so it should still be ok if I add 50# of live and 100 of dead right? The live rock will move it's bacteria over to the dead with the ratio of 1 LR:2 DR right?

PS- 2Quills(and everyone else), thank you for all the help you've provided me through this process. I wouldn't have had the slightest clue on where to start if it hadn't been for this forum. I know I've asked many questions and taken a great deal of time out of many peoples days but I am truly thankful that you all were able to help me out and move me along in this new hobby of mine.
I feel I have to single you out here 2Quills because you've been here since pretty much post 1.
