Yeah, Elementary School and Jr. High. When bright colored clothes, suspenders (that hung OFF the shoulders), and hip packs were all the rage.

Hypercolor fabric. I remember the spandex and hairspray.

Yeah, as a pre-teen and early teen boy in that time.....well no, not so much with the hairspray and spandex. My wife, on the other hand, remembers the "huge bangs" era and the work involved getting that stuff to stay put. Aquanet to the rescue!
ya..... no color changing clothes. I wore mostly black, long bangs, blond and dyed black on the sides that wrapped around the head, and my surfboard. I so loved my surfboard! *big sigh*
Heck, that might not even be the fish...could be a fish head-shaped bulge in the rock down there.
