Yep and to make things WORSE for me the guy that had the report to give to the Geologist had NOT given it to him YET as he had a Heart Attack and it was at his HOUSE. His wife sent it on for him Yesterday. Getting tired of being Circle Jerked so I called in my Big Gun Not an Atty but my Uncle that used to Run the Office that handles these cases and Still GOLFS with the current head of the Office with all my Complaints he brought up my Issues at Yesterdays 18 Holes he told me. So lets wait and see What happens also when I told him what the EPA did to this mine his answer was do they want Streator to COLLASPE into the Vermillion Mine as your area was the ONLY thing keeping it out of the mines with the Water you Provided.

Tornados, heart attacks, my goodness you have the makings of a movie....seriously, what more could possibly go wrong with getting this dealt with? I'd be talking to a lawyer as well. I hate buracracy and you've got it at its finest!! I guess its a safe assumption that your house is still standing? Any new damages showing up or has the movement stopped?

The Atty I would use is kinda indisposed right now do to a Fire his Office was damaged due to an Arson and he had to move his office. The Warehouse next to his office was Torched by an arsonist and will have to be Demolished. So he is out right now. My Uncle lets just say will get to the Bottom of this REAL FAST. He already has told the guy that there is NO MORE GOLF until my claim is Settled. My uncle is the one this man uses to GOLF at this Course they use and lets just say Heads will roll if he misses the next couple Rounds there. My Uncle was Willed Membership at this course is is allowed one Guest a week and until my case is Done this man DOES NOT GET TO BE IT.

I don't mean to make lite of your situation, but if the guy cares that much about golf that no golf for a few weeks, would get it solved. Well that is hilarious...

Hey, if you need to find an attorney contact Nina51 over at that other place. She's near you and was married to a judge and has been a paralegal since Christ was a corporal, I bet she'd know of a good one you could use.

Well one of this Guys Bucket List Items is to Golf St Andrews in Scotland I guess and in order to due that he has to beat my Uncle 6 times this year. See my Uncle is going to St Andrews Next Year to Play and he said this guy needs to beat him 2 more times in the next 7 weeks to make the trip. My uncle has a 1 Handicap that should tell you something on the amount of Golf he plays. If he does NOT get it done he will miss a once in a Lifetime trip to Go to the Birthplace of Golf and play 18 there. See that guys Motivation to get this thing DONE. My uncle has been waiting 20 Years to get the chance to go there.
Here is how Crazy about the Freaking sport my uncle tends to be he has played Golf in the middle of Winter in Alaska to mark that state off his list. He has played on 6 Continants that have Courses and in IIRC he has said 120 Countries around the World. He plans his Vacations on where he wants to PLAY a round of Golf. He has Played at Augusta as a Guest of a member Pebble Beach and other World Class Courses. He is one of these people that can tell the pitch of a green by looking at it. So if he is doing this for me I think he wants it DONE. He never gets involved in anything involving Family at all has NEVER used his Infulance at all to get things done yet he is doing this for me for one reason ONLY he wants this DONE FAST. He knows alot about this area and how unstable it is and he is Scared for me and wants me to be able to get out of here. He has not asked me for Squat but he is putting his but on the line here for me.

When the Last Contract that the Local Place Bid on came in 200K more than the Lowest Bid the School Board got a RUDE awaking when they went with the Lower Bid. School Personal Threatened and crap like that Construction Crews harrased even to the point their Owner had to get a Court Order to STOP the Harrasement of them. See Streator is the Home of Sondstum some Big Wig Founder of the AFL-CIO Union and here Union is King. The School Board had the BALLS to use a Non Union Place and man they where getting hammered.

I have an uncle that builds stuff for a living, you're probably using something he built if you live in a small town in Texas.
The last time he built something in Illinois he was forced to use a percentage of union labor.
So what he did, was literally sit them all down along a wall, and made them sit there for their entire shift, told em (just to be mean they couldn't smoke etc.) there was some things he could restrict, as part of the contract.
Then built the whole thing with his people. He it done under budget, and in time. Which is better than the last time, where it took longer to go back and fix all the things they screwed up...

Our New Wally World was Put up the same way. They Brought in their Crew but the Unions made such a Fuss that they hired IIRC 5% Union workers to build it. Those 5% of the Workers were told to Sit in the Trailer and collect their Pay. They did so without ONE COMPLAINT.
Got an Update from the Dept of Natural Resources FINALLY The Geologist will be by next Thursday to look at the house. He was supposed to be in Southern IL around Marion IL that day but his Boss told him YOU WILL BE IN STREATOR that Day OR ELSE I think this guy missing his Golf Games is Making him Mad. The First man that said It was Field Tile was Forced to Retire when I sent Pics of what I Dug up in the area of the Hole I was hitting Sand Stone 4 Feet Below Grade and then Sent a Pic of Normal Field Drain Tile that is Used around here IT IS PLASTIC not Clay. Called if some Idiot can not tell the Differance between stone and Plastic he needs to Retire.
Also today I am dealing with the Remains of Hurricane Issiac so Wish be luck 2 Tornados 20 Miles away maybe I will get Lucky and a Twister will SOLVE my Problem For me.

State geologist came over tday to look at the house. He was like it looks like it but he has to have his boss review his findings with him. He has been doing this for 25 years and he asked why all of a sudden now is my area having troubles. So I told him about what the IEPA demanded happen his answer is not fit to print. Next couple days I will be getting 30 foot lng rods pounded into the ground so they can monitor the situation. He said the ground should stable and not to worry about for now.

The government failed by not regulating – preventing capitalist from building over mines, landfills. However, some would contend the government would be over reaching and restricting business if they did and when it fails, fall back to number 7.
Shouldn't we stop relying and wanting the government to bail us out?
