LOL....Forthe 10G the nano may be good....
As far as the light goes, what do you want to keep in the tank??
even 80watts is pretty good on a 10g, but remember certain things need much brighter light....And does the 1st light have moon lights??

No it doesnnt but i was going to buy one seperate.
Features:
- Built in Electronic Ballast
- Built in Cooling Fans
- Acrylic Lens Cover
- Coralife 96W 50/50 4 Tube (quad) Lamp
Dimensions: 20"L x 7"W x 2.5"H.
System includes all bulbs.
and I was thinking of keeping some zoos, blue shroom, frog, and a duncan possibly? But im not to sure yet I'm far from that step. I was just going to get the last of my hardware soon so I wanted to get some opinions before wasting my money.

Isnt the higher wattage better either way? If i decide to purchase the lunar light with the first fixture which one would you be more likely to buy?.

Higher wattage is better, but if there may be some corals that require higher than pc lighting

I personally LOVE the blue led moonlights and if I were buying a new light (which I just did for my 29g) I would make surethey had them already in it
I bought a Sundial T5 HO light afor the 29 and I LOVE IT
Maybe you can use this one???
Current USA 24"Sundial T5 High Output Lighting 4X24 WATT
The feet are adjustable so you can move them in some

I'm sorry haha, yeah that fixture is out of my price range lol. In Canada its $300-$400 I might just go with the 40watt orbit fixture because i know its a satalite and it comes with everything
But would i still be able to have chilli coral, blue shrooms, sun coral, zoo's, frog's, and duncans still under that light

AHHHH....I forgot about the Canada pricing issue...sorry...
I have a dual satellite on my 54g, and I have frogspawn, shrooms, zoos, kenya tree,
As a matter of fact my frogspawn is growing like a weed. :)

Chili cornal non-photosynthetic
Blue mushroom coral photosynthetic
Sun coral non-photosynthetic
Zoanthid photosynthetic
Frogspawn photosynthetic
Duncans photosynthetic
With the 40 watt (actually 2x40) power compact lighting you should be fine with the coral list to meet their lighting needs.
However you do need to know that the coral that are listed a non-photosynthetic need to be fed a few times per week. This can produce a pretty "dirty" tank and you will need to keep a close watch on your parameters to avoid having problems.

yeah i read about tht already. The suncoral u need to do target feeding so i was thinking of feeding them minnows or small fish by putting them into a tube and pushing them down to each mouth. The others havent read much about them but I heard u can also use a 2L pop container to enclose the coral then add your brin shrimp ect. so only the coral is eating it. Or if i want to work harder I can always take the corals out and put them into a bucket and feed them there and put them back but theres lots of stress issues I'd assume with that.
And i think id be okay with the nano power head for flow if i get those corals because most of them live in medium to little current. I was thinking of pointing the power head towards the surface of the water to break the surface plus itll give the water a current rather than blowing on the coral directly. Also I have the modded spray bar creaing a small blowing effect for the corals.
so the 2x40 watt is the choice!
Sound good?

BUCKET!!!!!...LOL
Since you have a 10g and will be able to reach everything with you hand...I would feed mysis with a tweezer...Just place it on the mouth area and it should take it....I do that with the ONE coral I can actually reach...LOL

ahah whats wrong with my bucket idea:p (even though i think id be to lazzy to always have to take the corals out and put them in a bucket for feeding)
Is it true chilli coral need a strong flow? Because i was thinking of putting the chilli in the caved area in the rocks(cuz they need little light), then the frog to the back left, duncan i nthe back right, the shroom on the top middle rock and the sun coral somewhere in the sand near the front, and the zoo's to fill up the tank a little.

You don't always get a good piece of rock with corals....BUT this is the best time to arrange and rearrange....some things will grow into or onto the rock and then you're stuck, and some things you are going to want to glue down too.....
I'm gonna laugh when you say...GUESS WHAT..LOL..I'm getting another tank...
