wow you all really been moving this thread in the couple days I haven't checked the boards. I've been having trouble with my computer, won't let me on this message board (maybe it thinks I'm too addicted, LOL). One a serious note, My computer had a virus, and I'm suffering terrible after effects from it. Trying to get everything back up and running. I can surf the web now but can't access, swf.com message boards, or yahoo mail... isn't that strange ?. Seems to have blocked my most frequented sites. Well, I can access them from my husbands computer.. and that where I'm at.
Well the largest thread I found was Getting to know the people behind the posts, posted 1/11/03, has 1,885 replies and 38 pages. (there could be larger one, but I haven't found one).. anywho, your closing in fast. :jumping: :cheer:

ok well a little tid bitty, I am flying up to wisconsin this afternoon. I have a full day of interviews with directors and a VP of Sentry Insurance company on friday. This is a big step, I am interviewing for the Business Products Specialist position, aka Commercial Lines Insurance sales. Its going to be a very healthy base, plus commission, car, pay for all expenses etc etc. It is quite a jump from where I am now, it will be a bit of a paycut at start but it will definitely pay off in the end.. wish me luck!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a recently retired car salesman, just quit monday.....
they found out I was interviewing with other companies, and basically pulled me into a meeting saturday and said that they want me to work in the new car department. Knowing that I make good money in used cars, id never make the jump, it was an effort to have me quit instead of firing me for interviewing elsewhere, so i couldnt collect unemployment, which I would have no need in doing but how do you tell them that anyway? doesnt really matter because i had already intended on leaving today, so it was kind of nice to get last weekend and this week so far off. I have already interviewed with a few people in Sentry and been told that as long as I ace my interviews up in Wisconsin tomorrow the job is mine so, bingo!!!!!!!!!! tomorrow is the day. They are paying for my flight and hotel so when they are doing that, the job should be mine.
im tired of working nights until 9 usually 60-65 hours a week, and working every single saturday. Im ready to get my life back...I am very excited...ive been in the car business over 5 years, for petes sake im 24, i dont need to give up my entire life yet, not to mention im going for an excellent position with unlimited potential.. im pretty stoked..
