Thanks Gemmy and Spanko. No Henry, these little guys totally ignore the nem. It took my old pair a long time before they decided to host it, but I dont know if these guys ever will LOL.

Took a few shots today of my coral, and out of 50 shots only one was good LOL. And I rearranged the rock again. Not all of it, just added another piece, the last one. Full tank shots later. So, my candy apple reds is the first pic. The second is of my setosa that looked pretty bad when I bought it several months ago, I got a decent pic of it last night.

Thanks! Pics still dont show the right color that you see in person. But its close enough I guess. Next on the list is more fish. The local store has a beautiful naso tang that is approx. 4-5 in and is only 35.00. But, I still am gonna add a small yellow tang, and with the sailfin, I dont know if they would get along. I am also gonna add a wrasse and a tail spot blenny. Any other suggestions on fish?

What is everyones take on dispar anthias? Was thinking of ordering a trio of them, a male and two females. I really want some colorful fish. I will also add a yellow tang, and a wrasse (Unsure on which one to choose).

I like anthias. A wise person (BTL) once told me to get all females and watch the transformation of a female to male. The males tend to have a lower survival rate.

Thanks Gemmy, that is probably what I will do, cause the trio that was for sale is gone. These ones were already eating frozen, so it would of been nice. :(. I have read that they can be difficult in the food dept LOL. But, keep your fingers crossed, cause I am ordering them tonight.

I would feed the new additions 2-3 times a day in the beginning. Once you know they are regularly eating frozen you can start to reduce the frequency of the feedings. Good luck!

Yeah, thats pretty much what I will do, except that these fish eat plankton too, so I got some zooplex, etc. Will be trying both liquid and frozen foods to try and entice them to eat. I have been wanting anthias for awhile, but had a hard time deciding on the right one. I wanted colorful ones like the bartlett or dispar. Oh, the purple ones are really beautiful too, esp. the male. :)

Have you seen the resplendents? I love them.

Yep, they are very pretty. I noticed the ignitus anthias as well. Truth is, I like them all LOL. But, hubby agreed with the dispar trio addition. Next, I have narrowed my wrasse choices down to the mccoskers, carpenters, the exquisite fairy, or the dusky wrasse.

I love anthias....lyretails, resplendents...etc...LOL....I ahve not had much luck with them though.....if one lived...it jumped

SO I went with the blue sided fairy wrasse....bought 3...I have one left
one disappeared, one jumped...

What!!
I haven't read that anthias jump!!! That's all I need. I am aware that some wrasses go carpet surfing sometimes. What do you think the reason was for yours not surviving? (Besides the obvious jumpers lol) Did they eat? I have had a six line wrasse disappear, I believe he picked on my anemone, and became lunch.
