It started to leak around the dry side. Oh well, I think the fx5 will be better. Just dont know if you can get the spray bars for it or even if you need them with it. Thanks.

Sure you can....I ordered a kit to change my magnum 350 over to using a spray bar....It's called a Lifeguard customflo starter kit.....it comes with elbows...straights...all kinds of stuff...I have no clue where I got it anymore...LOL...BUT I will tell you.....it will have a part that you can use in it

in al lreality....all you need is an elbow to attach to the outlet tube....the spray bar...and a couple of suction cups...I have seen where some peeps have made the spray bars out of pvc

Well, 45lbs of Fiji Premium Live Rock is here! Here is a teaser pic of one piece. Just love the color of the coraline.

Probably tomorrow, I have it all in a big plastic tote to allow easy cleaning from any die off and the inspection for pests. Several pieces have macro algae on it. Not sure exactly what kind. Will try to get pics of it. The piece in the pic is in the tank.

That's what I did with mine....altho mine came ups...lol....I put it in a tote with fresh sw and a powerhead.....the ammonia spiked big time

I changed some water in the tote....and within 2 days had it in my tank....never had an issue after that (yay)

Ok, can anyone identify this macro that is growing on this rock. These are the best pics I could get. The small red patch looks like kelp in the third pic, but I am unsure about the rock with the other, in some places it looks like grass (lower right corner) and some look like minature ferns, the others look like green/brown sticks. anyone?

Oh well, when in doubt, throw it out....right? I'll keep the red for now, but the rest has got to go.....

Yeah, it is hard to get a decent pic of it. Based on your macro algae thread, it doesnt look (to me) like good algae (except for the red) so I will just take it off the rock.

Ok, all the rock is in the tank. It is hard to believe that approx 130lbs of rock doesnt look like that much in this tank. geesh! Glad I have more to add from the 75 later...The tank is cloudy yet again. My readings are ok. It is cycle time I guess. Ammonia in between 0-0.25. Nitrite in between 0-0.25, and Nitrates are at 5. Oh, did I forget to mention: I really really dislike aquascaping, esp. on a chair....
LOL

Yeah, I feel like I have been climbing stairs all day. On the chair, fix the rock, off the chair to look, back on the chair to fix it again, repeat, repeat. LOL
And yes, I will get pics the moment it clears!
