Thanks swimmer. Yeah, I am waiting for the grow out and I am trying to figure out what some of the corals will look like so that I can buy others now to compliment them.

I want to say it all began around August 09. That was the day I bought my materials. I think the first fish went in around December 09.

UHH Hey everybody...I'm new to the forum. I ran into this posting about this fish tank. I must say I like very much all of the plants in that. How do you keep it so clean and what kind of plants are the ones with the round discs? and the small bozaii tree sticking off of the rock? LMFAO!!!! Hey Gill- awesome looking tank man. I love the scaping and the placement of the spawn..... Looked great in the pics absolutely SICK in the video. Your Mandarin is camera shy but beautiful. A++ on the tank man!!

The Mandarin is a very nice fish that I dont get to see very often. If I knew he was gonna stay in the back of the tank all the time I would wipe the paint off the back of the tank and put a mirror in

They are REALLY cool fish though- I love them but am afraid that the tank isnt established enough for me to keep one healthy so am holding off on getting it

Well I waited about 6 months and I have started a fuge. I only have LR and sand in my fuge right now so I am watching things close. I watch the Mandarin feed every day so I think I am ok. The fuge is full of pods and I have added some pods in boht the DT and the fuge.

Well I am only about 2 weeks with him so I hope it continues to go well. I have got to get me some Cheato for my fuge. I think I will look while I am down at the beach this weekend. See what those fish stores have. Jess says I wont get into trouble on the "quality time" trip if I go to a fish store. We shall see.
