No, I was just curious if you did. I think I remember you saying that you were going to add 20 lbs of live rock. Have you tested your parameters to see how the tank is cycling.
Yeah, I was going to order live rock from here but it is on waiting list so I dunno and the Not so LFS here wants $10.99/lb for it and I am not going to pay that for crappy live rock. Tested Last night and there was ammonia spike had 2 raw shrimp in there for 4 days, wrote it down somewhere, but cant find where I wrote it, i need to keep a journal so I know where the info is, was just tired and lazy last night lol ... I am going to test again tonight after dinner..

Looks good :)
Thanks TommieLynn, I think its looking great, all cleared up now, just have to wait for that Cycle to complete. I am enjoying looking at it, I know it will look much better when it has life in it. My Computer is right next to it, so all I have to do is look over and see it. Thanks again for all your help. Got a Question too there are placed on the sand that are starting to look Brown like around the edges of the sand bed. I wish I could get a good pic of it so you can see what I am talking about.
I dunno if you can see it in this pic, but when I put the sand in it was like a bright white, now in some places it turning brown. I dunno..

Thanks Teresa, I like the rock work also took me forever to get it the way I wanted it when I was setting it up and did reposition a few pieces also. I have to tell you that I just love your Horses, at some point I will be brave enough to do a horse tank, but right now I need to get this tank going and stocked.

Well, I tested my Tank again today and the Ammonia looks to be between like 2.0 and 4.0 and the Nitrite looks a little purple so I would say maybe about .25 so I think I am on the right track. woo hoo

Yeah, I bet, just watch out what you collect in some places its against the law to collect. Its also not a good Idea to collect stuff from the the beaches and put it into your tank, because you never know what things you are going to introduce into your system when you do that. Just be careful if you bring anything back to put into your tank..
