Thanks WHISK for the awesome links... howeverrrrrr..
my LFS said he is going to bring me a nice chunk of CHAETO tomorrow for me so i can throw in my tank.. now my question is.. where can i buy the light LOCAL .. (like an OSH? or something)..
1) do i just ask for a 10wat submersible light?.. yep, look for a submersible light, usually they are used in water fountains, your LFS may also even sell them.
2) any cleaning procedures i should do before putting it in my tank? just rinse it quickly, thats it
3) do i need to just throw it in threre with a little cup thats cracked so water can flow threw it? or do i need to follow any steps in "acclimating" that stuff.. LOL.. sorry for the n00b questions. throw it in, just like rotary said
4) Doesn't matter which chamber i put it in correct?.. as long as its tucked away in the back ?.. THANKS guys. any chamber is good as long as there is a light and decent water flow

and by "FUGE" its the back area of the tank correct? the three chambers or whatever it may be in the back. yes. A fuge in this case would be in one of the back chambers of your nano. Inside this chamber will be your light and chaeto. here is an example of mine.
on the left is my fuge, i have a Marina LED light and chaeto secured within my eggcrate mod. On the left is another eggcrate with my filter floss and under that is my chemipure.
also i will be running a "LIT" fuge which is why i was trying to figure out which light to get from a local store.
So your saying take the bio balls and ceramic rings out correct? Your telling me the sponge is a piece of crap, what do you recommend instead of it?... i didn't use the "STOCK" one. i had it replaced with a new one but im sure its just as much "crap" as the stock one was. My sponge is HUGE, it takes up ALL o chamber 1 pretty much... and in my Chamber 2 i do not have any GLASS to be scraping off.. again im asking such n00b questions but i did not really understand you.. sorry man...
It's ok about the n00b questions, you just want to get it right and it can be confusing. So to answer your question, yes, permanmently take out the bio balls and ceramic rings. You will not need these. Instead, the LR you already have in your tank will do their job. The bioball and rings are meant to house bacteria but since you are using LR, you will not need them. If you didnt have LR, you would need to use the bioballs and rings.
You also dont need the sponge because it will collect nitrates. Instead you can use filter floss, which too over time will collect nitrates but you just replace it like once a week or sooner.
i will try to use the search feature much more.
Hope that helps!
