New skimmer help

Add salt. In fresh water you will not see the same performance. The bubbles will be large too.

yup fresh water make more larger bubble :3 well nao i gtg sleep BAI!

Take the impeller out....make sure there are no nicks in it, and all the spines are intact.....then carefully reset it.....make sure it is in straight

well, i have it all set up... it works great, but its still pretty loud. Im gonna tweak it a little more and see what i can do, but just in case, does anyone know if i can order certain parts for these things?

YUP....you can order any part you need.....just google cpr bak pak and pick your place

can you tell where the noise is coming from?

Its comming from the pump, the impeller has some corrosion on the magnet so maybe thats whats causing it. I think i need a new pump (like 25 bucks).

YUP...or the impeller.........but for $25 WTH get one.....I got a new one....LOL...it's still in the box....I broke the shaft of my impeller once, so I took apart a maxi jet pump and used that
then I ordered the new accela pump, and have never switched it yet.....I'm lazy

TROOLOLOLOL i need help on Accela pump XD since hunt has the rio one lol i heard Accela pump run strong ._. any thing to help it stop the microbubble from there? i gave you a clue ._. the Accela pump

I have no freakin idea what the heck you are asking

IMO go with the accela pump.......also if you have the skimmer running....YOU HAVE to open the air valve

....you open it a..and adjust it as needed...so if there are too many bubbles...close it a little....if the same thing...close a little more

i did that already and there is still micro bubble ._. and btw i didnt had the blue thingy so i use a sponge and put it near the output tube :3 is that good? o.o
