GO COLTS!
Out of the teams left, I will have to route for the Colts....only because of how much I like the Mannings .... not their teams though

I gotta hate the Giants

Oh and outside of Green Bay and Chicago nobody cares about the packers and bears.
The best Rivarly in footbal right now has to be the Pats vs the Colts.
I still cant believe that the all pro kicker chocked today wow.
Agreed on all 3 of these statements....Sorry SrFisher, outside Chicago and Green Bay that rivalry is about as big as Arizona/Seattle....Seems big here, but nobody else cares.

The Jets and the Chargers I believe is the hardest game too pick. That jets D is good. Top 3 in the NFL. They dont allow many points. Sanchez will be playing where ist warm. I think they can win this game. It will come to Sanchez making no mistakes. He cant put his team in bad field position. If that happens I think they win. If not The chargers are game.

Am I the only one who picked this game sorta correctly? Everybody else said the Chargers by double digits or over them easy. I was on the fence on it didnt actually call the winner but what I stated had to happen and did happen for the Jets.

Peyton is awesome, ehh not so much Eli. I wish the Jaguars had Peyton as their QB, or just someone of the same caliber as him.

I'm predicting the betting lines to be.....
Saints by 3.5 or 4....essentially a "pick em" with the Saints giving the points for home field
Colt by 7.....might be more, but I think 7 is about right.
Not my picks....just what I think Vegas will think.

Once Romo felt pressure today, the play was done....He looked shellshocked.
That is because he couldn't take a breath without being hit by someone. NO one could have had a good game with the blocking he got today. He was running for his life after those first 2 drives.

I disagree....My point is as soon as someone got close, he pulled the ball down, and gave up on the play....Favre doesn't do that, he will hang until the last mili-second and deliver, and I think Brees will deal with it better...Not completely ripping on Romo, but the guy looked really out of sorts today, I've seen him deal with pressure a lot better.

I might buy this, if he could have gotten to his 3 or 5 step drop. He'd get 2 steps back and start running for his life. They were getting to him pretty quick.

No matter the circumstances; Romo is not a Favre, Manning, or even a Brady. Even when he's at his best; he is predictable and boring.I'd bet Jerry Jones' ego that Romo never wins a Super bowl.

I don't think he's as predictable as much as Garret's plays are predictable. You just listed off 3 QB's that belong in the argument for the top 10 list of greatest in the History of the NFL. Of course Romo doesn't belong in that group. In 10 years, and if romo has a couple rings, then we'll talk.
I do like the progress he made this year.

The biggest rivalry in Arizona is The Jazzy Scooters vs The Hoveround Motorized Wheelchairs.

He has made good progress; both he and the Packers Aaron Rodgers have great futures. Is Jones going to keep Wade "Son of Bum" Phillips around?

Romo is going to be fine, you can't find a troy aikman every day you know.
My ultimate fear is this, Farve has played 19 years, and has 1 ring. Payton is a big thrower and he has 1 ring. I just don't think you can win superbowls with a wild gun slinging spread type offense.
Rothlesburger (and despite the crappy officiating last year) has 2 rings. But he runs a more blue collar running offense. Aikman, 3 rings, GQ (brady) 3 rings...
I just don't think Romo's style of play equates to lots of superbowls...
I like Wade, I hope they do. They just really need a offensive Coordinator.

Its easy to find Aikman; when he does the color for FOX, he never shuts up. Someone should tell Troy that the word is eScape, not eXcape---the most annoying blurb in announcing.

.
I for one get sick of the "have to win Superbowls to be a great QB". I'm sorry, are Trent Dilfer and Brad Johnson better than Dan Marino and Fran Tarkenton because they won SB's...Are Terry (50% career completions percentage) Bradshaw, and Troy Aikman better than Peyton Manning because they have more SuperBowls....Hardly.
It takes 52 guys (more or less) and great coaching to win SuperBowls.

Bahaha, that one drives my brother crazy too.
