I have 2 ph's built in the tank that each put out 145 gph and i add a second ph which is a maxi-jet 900 and it puts out 230 gph. Is this enough circulation?

+1 on what rotary said. Your tests look fine except for pH. Soon you will start to see the bloom and nitrates will also drop. good job!

i havent read up much about raising pH. One thing, pH will flucuate throughout the day depending on how long your lights are on. Usually pH is higher when the lights have been on for awhile. When do you take your pH tests, before or long after you turn on lights?

I'm going to my lfs 2morrow to have them check my pH because they have a more accurate test then mine.

Is my tank ready for a cuc yet?

Well, you are getting close. Nitrites should be 0. I bet it will be 0 very soon. Try a test tomorrow, keep testing
Do you have brown algae/diatoms growing on the sand or rocks yet? looks like this?

if so, you are nearing your cycle and you will want to add a beginning CUC to feast on the crud.
