They want the cash.... an offer had already been made and they said no.
And we have no idea what this guy put into this home. Bank owned can be totally torn apart. I'd say Greg needs to get ticked at the house on Harlan that is asking the same price as this one. And they haven't done squat to it since the 1970s..... it's smaller and the neighbourhood isn't as nice. Get mad at THAT guy.
I wish y'all were chatting to me in my livingroom... you should see the stuff I'm tossing out. Well, and an extra pair of hands or two would be nice!

ugh, this is frustrating. I know that some of those houses will sit......$150k over appraisal? No way. And the longer it sits, they know they are losing more money. Do the banks have record of what kind of shape the home was in when they got it? This could be the new housing down fall. Unsuspecting people buying houses that have been half arsed fixed up from ruin. "looking" pretty on the surface but lots of things maybe the buyer can't see over the cover up.
Oh, I am good a pitching things. Filled 3--40 yard dumpsters when I cleaned out my grandmothers HUGE house with 3 outbuildings.

Like I said...........Chesterfield MO baby.........

p.s I had a feeling that was your hubby, I figured he didn't come with the house.
Can kind of see a resemblance between father and son.

LOL....what is an ozone generator?????
They kill things. Think of it like a UV system, only instead of UV light it uses ozone. Typically it is set up in a separate cylinder, like a skimmer, and releases 03 into the water in the cylinder, push a little flow through there for ozone contact, it kills algae and ideally parasites, then the skimmer agitates that into the atmosphere, and good water returns to your tank. Screw up and you'll kill your whole tank.

Some of the guys in houston swear by it. They go on and on about the benefits of an ozone generator. But I never had the $$ to try and set one up.

nah, right now I'm tankless, because I'm traveling for work. Well actually my tank is in the back yard, I'm letting a buncha mosquitos lay eggs, then I tump the tank over... And repeat.

Me in the 80s.... that's my belly button hanging out there. And that's when kids DIDN'T dress like that. I'm aware it's church clothes now-a-days. I use to have to put on something over it to get out of the house like that.
You like the combed out perm look? AQUANET FTW!
