I don't know what you mean? Link? Book? I'm confused.
Sorry, my mind is completely bonkers right now.... between chemistry, microbiology and all these stupid phylogenies, I can't even remember my own name.
I knew you were battling cyno, and I stumbled across an interesting thread over on RC about the issue and thought it might interest you in some of the findings.......

Could be a worth while little trick to try if one is battling that issue. It's cheap and simple enough. Same concept as macro in a fuge or a turf scrubber.

Well, my phosphate reactor started leaking a little bit. I turned the pump off for the time being until i can get a better look at it.
Tank is looking pretty good.

Still have plans in the works for a new acrylic sump this summer as well as a photon 32 led unit.

Not sure. I think a snail or something was crawling into the output pipe which may have caused some backpressure causing the oring to fail. Not sure though. Ill have to inspect it when i need it again

Small update...
I bought a polarizing lens for my camera so that I can take better outdoor pics. Well, I decided to experiment with it and take some pics of the tank. I think you can really tell a major difference in the quality. There is no longer a huge blue hue to the tank caused by the actinics.
