I was going to guess a non-photosynthetic tank, but birds nest needs lots of light so it isn't that. The gorgonian you mentioned needs high water flow. Are you going for a tank completely loaded with such as sea fans and gorgonians?

Okay got a delivery yesterday from sea life. It contained a MATED PAIR of yellow head jawfish. Opistognathus aurifrons
They are beauties. About 2-2.5 inches long. As expected they immediately disappeared. Did not see them until the grandaughter while looking at the tank said "hey grandpa why is this sand blowing all over" Then as she looked closer she saw the yellow of the head of one of them.
I may get at least another one maybe two after this "couple" settles in.

Don't know if I am even gonna raise any but they are such neat little fish I am trying to make a small Caribbean biotope that most resembles what we saw why snorkeling. I think I could safely fit 3 or 4 of these in the biocube and am now thinking on maybe some pipe fish. I don't think it will work though with the amount of flow in the tank to help with the SPS coral.

From my pipe experience, I wouldn't think so but Saxman says that he has had luck with them in a mixed reef so you may want to ask him what type.
The pipes I have are just the plain Gulf pipes, nothing fancy but they are definitely not aggressive enough in my opinion to survive in a reef tank.

I was going to say jaw fish lol I had one in my horse tank and loved it. I will be replacing it sometime soon. I got luck with mine, it made it home right in the middle front of the tank.
Flag tail pipes are more of a reef pipe. They can be trained to frozen. Some of the ones around fla are small and usually only eat bbs or pods and prefer a grassy tank.

Oh come on this isn't a contest, nothing to be sorry for. We are all trying to get our tanks where we want them.

Ok,
So I am way beyond late to this new development. I have to admit that the tank looks AWESOME as it ALWAYS DOES!!!! Keep it up man. I can't wait to see the final outcome!
