Thank you Lauren, Joe and Snake for taking a look and comenting. I was bare bottom for a while, about 11 months or so from November 07 to October 08. If you look back at the pics from that time frame you can see. Joe was not the only one that thought it was not a pretty sight, so about 2 months ago went back to a sandbed.
You can see some more updated pics here. https://forums.saltwaterfish.com/t/332430/spankos-bio-cube-what-in-posidens-name-is-he-up-to-now
And hopefully underwear once again

Why doesn't anyone like barebottom??? I'm going barebottom in my 240 reef...
I'm going to try and aim for coralline to take everything over :D

You got that right Cal. Just seems like I am never pleased with the scape. I wonder if it is me or the fact that the foot print of the tank is so small. Oh well you know what, I'm having fun and learning with it.

Thanx Lois, yeah it has been through a few changes. I like how it is now though and plan to let it rip and see how much I can get the SPS to grow out.

It is a 29 gallon Biocube. Fish list;
2 black Amphiprion ocellaris clownfish
1 Pseudocheilinus ocellatus mystery wrasse
1 Ecsenius stigmatura tail spot blenny
1 Opistognathus gilberti
bali tiger jawfish
1 Siganus unimaculatus
one spot foxface, which is a temporary fish. This is the fifth one I have had. I purchase them at around 2-2.5 inches and return them for credit at about 3.5". They are used to control Caulerpa in my tank.

That is an awesome progression. I love the look of september 08 with the rift down the middle. Don't see too many like that. It looks great today too however. Congrats and keep up the excellent aesthetics!
