I quit smoking for 4 months one time and I quit cold turkey. It was hard for the first 3 to 4 days but after that your craving goes away. One thing that helped me was sunflower seeds and jolly rancher fire sticks. The salt from the seeds and the cinnimmon will stop the reaction from the nicotine and wanting to constantly eat. I am quiting again due to health problems. No not from smoking either...Me myself, I believe that if you are going to quit something don't use substitutes to take the edge off. You will probably end up with some other addiction. Good luck and I hope you win the battle..
