lol, either way all you have to do is take a pic at night and open in paint, so no sale for me...but i'm sure sharkboyyyyy is getting a kick about how many posts on this stupid thread.
if this is true in your area, maybe you ought to be reporting it--then maybe people will believe it

sorry youre right about the posts by a different person. didnt notice that.....but my post wasnt to say that every1 who believes in UFOs is a star trek fan, but what I was getting at is that most people who believe in UFOs do not know anything about the vast distances in space and the speed limit of the universe as required by physics

Sorry after rereading my post, I did not mean to imply there is not life elsewhere....but just that it stays elsewhere, and is not here spying on sharkboy and his questionable digital camera

and who is to say that the life elsewhere is not highly intelligent with the knowledge needed to travel through space at the speed of light...etc?

that is the point. it is physically impossible to travel any faster than the speed of light. Any planets that we are talking about are so far away that even at the speed of light would take too many years to make a trip here possible. Don't be mad at me, these aren't my rules, if you don't like it argue with Einstein.

what i was saying was that maybe there is a planet somewhere with intelligence far greater than our own , maybe they have figured out ways around time and space travel that we have not...oh and einstein was smart yes but all creation does not revolve around his genius..after all this huge technology boom (internet and such) we've had has all been post einstein by other men...back to the subject ...if you adjust the light and contrast on your monitor you can see the trees on either side of sharkboys second pic

I didnt say all our creation revolves around Einstein's genius, I was just speaking of the person who came up with the rule I was quoting. And if you are comparing the creator of the internet (Al Gore, Just kidding) to Albert Einstein, you are seriously confused.
You can believe what you want....its a free country

Honestly I believe that God created the rules of Science. Thus only he could violate them. But that, as many arguments do, leads to the paradox, could god create a rock so heavy that even he cant lift it?
I tend to adopt the opinion that he set things in motion (with full knowledge of the future) and was then mostly (with exceptions) hands off

thats the point of the paradox. the only way I could rationalize it in my head is to think that God has set the rules of science and does not violate them (again with exception). and isnt that the point? for god to give us the ultimate freedom and to choose to follow him anyways?

i'll agree to that as most science regarding earth is theoretical and if you study any bible references you would see how much prohpesy is coming true at a daily rate but scientist and some on this board refuse to aknowledge it...tobin
