Can you no longer delete your post?

I was excited to see that we no longer have a limited window by which we may edit our posts. I was slightly less excited to see that the change eliminated our ability to delete. I also sort of hate how this website is now more like facebook.
 
However, the pros definitely outweigh the cons.

I have a delete option in posts. So, is it mod only feature?

Yup mod screen, no lock button, no move button.

I've raised this issue in several threads, perhaps this is the proper place. Of all the pics that have gone missing, these are the most unfortunate:

Today was another example of a poster not being able to view these pics to see if a fish's symptom was covered in this thread.
I hope this is put high on the priority list for repair.
