What to do with 29G

In my tank at least, turning the flow off before feeding is pretty important to ensure that all the food is eaten and doesn't wind up in the sump where it rots. That said, it should be an adequate amount of food for your little fishy friends and your big cuc.

OK...Thanks...I know there are a lot of changes yet to occur...but I never had this with my big tank

Now you see why people make the suggestion to new folks to get the largest tank they can. More water volume makes for more dilution of dissolved organics and nutrient so "easier" to maintain.

LOL...I am finding this out.....Remember I started SW with a 225G, and very little SW knowledge...a couple of books later, and some errrr 6000+ posts...I feel I have learned quite a bit.....I may have a high post count (for those who care) BUT I have read MANY MANY more threads....
STILL...I am learning more and more by the day, and this 29g is a learning experience for me also....

"easier" really does deserve to be in quotations because in the opinions of some, smaller tanks are easier to keep. I wouldn't say either is easier, just different.

OK...Last night I adjusted the PH on right...came home today...sand was green again...tonight I adjusted it a little more.....Tomorrow I will be doing a 4g water change....Maybe I need a few more sand cleaners

The Midas Blennie is back in stock, BUT i don't know if I should order yet..my jaw and goby are in one week tomorrow...I was thinking 2 weeks (at least) between the fish

p.s. i also took 1 1/2 hours off my daylights

Not gonna go away in one night or even a week but will go away with diligence. Water change is good, keeping filters and skimmer attended to is good. Is the conch down there? What is your CUC right now?
I would not add any more bioload (read midas here) yet. Another week is good at minimum I would say but gotta see where the tank is at that point.
Don't know what you light schedule was so cannot comment on taking away 1.5 hours of photoperiod.

Lights...after I added fish...I started running the daylights..they went on at 10 a.m. off at 8.....I have them coming at at 11 and off at 7:30 now
My filters have 2 cartridges I am changing them seperately...so 1 this week...the other next week.
Skimmer sems to be working great
I have the conch, large turbo snail, emerald crab, about 8 ceriths and nassarius snails, 5 astrea snails, 1 cbs, 1 peppermint shrimp
LOL...I'm not in a real rush to add the midas (
) I want things to be right when I do....
BTW all water is testing 0

si senora.
It looks to be. I have that color as well but it seems less prevalent in mine and most of the aquariums I've seen. It would be awesome if that covered your aquarium!

And a new addition...LOL...It broke off of a sps in my 225...so i stuck it in a hole.....It's a branch off a Purple Plasma Staghorn

Frog looks like it is doing well. Is the SPS stuck in there pretty good? I only ask because snails going buy tend to know things like this over. You might want to put some super glue gel on the bottom and shove it back into the hole.
