Kewl. Do you ever make it back out here?
I followed my wife out here from Missouri. We really don't want to move back. Do you make it out here often?
BTW, the ordnance at Camp Pendleton is a nice reminder of the guys and gals dodging bullets and IEDs for me. It's shaking the house and rattling windows tonight. I'm about 5 miles or so from Pendleton.
Unfortunately no, we moved in 1990 and I haven't been back there since. Ahh yes, I remember the ordnance well, it rattled our windows quite often. I forget how far we were exactly from pendleton base but we lived in the valley not to far from the old spanish mission. There was a small river and a little toll bridge next to our subdivision.

wow it is a small world, my family was from el paso. They remember windows breaking and stuff from the sonic booms. And they also remember bombs going off at white sands and stuff. I LOVE Carlsbad Caverns...

There are a couple Carlsbads. The most famous is the National Park in NM. The caverns in Carlsbad Ca are just holes in the cliffs by the ocean.
We used to visit my aunt and uncle in ElPaso every couple years. They had a rock shop. I remember walking into Juarez to go shopping. No way would I venture into Juarez today.

Very cool. There was an old Studebaker pickup that I often saw when I lived in the sticks of Missouri. Same color as your Binder. Seeing your truck made me think of it. (can you crop your wife out...she's kinda blocking the view of your truck.

LMAO. The wifey also was laughing at that. The only other good pic I have of my truck is in her senior pics. She definately spent alot of hours out there wet sanding that primer. Glad that color of yellow primer is hidden under the blue. Here is a pic of the truck right after we got it home from the junkyard... and yes i got it from a junkyard for 150 bucks and is worth alot more than that now to me.
