Those mini splits are pretty easy. The wiring isn't complicated and the refrigerent lines are all compression fittings. Really just need to drill the hole in the wall to pass the lines and wiring through, mount the inside/outside unit, hook it up and open the valves. There's really not much too it.
However, if you want to retain the manufacturers warranty you should pull a vacuum on the system and the installation should be signed off on by a state registered tech.
