    The resort I stayed at in Jamaica--Beaches--didn't care what kind if outside certification you had. You had to pay them to get "resort certified" aka pay up sucka.

    Just wondering..what size tiles are on your floor?? If they are 12" the tank looks like it would be 6 foot if they are 18" the tank looks like it would be 9 foot. VERY VERY nice tank.

    Chocolate chip star with snails

    I haven't found any snails that survived with my chocolate chip starfish. Some lasted longer than others but they all ended up as a snack.

    I think super glue might eat through foam--you might be able to use a zip tie if you want to use foam

    LED/moon lights???

    I just made a set of moonlights on Friday--they came out great. I am using five 470 nm blue LEDs. (supposedly 470nm is about the same spectrum of light as the moon). I have a 5' wide tank and the 5 LEDs cover it nicely. I tried taking a picture last night but it wouldn't take a good enough...

    Sump Troubles: Need Some Help

    If you are using a check valve, I wouldn't waste the money on a manual valve. Once you unplug the pump the flap on the check valve will close anyway.
