Most kits offer the lights in a variety 20k through 10k. I would check and see if you get a choice. Personally, I prefer the 15k. it seems to give the best color, but I may be the wrong guy to chime in since I'm color blind (not totally) and what I see is different from most folks. Moby

I am by no means an anemone expert. But I would just watch it closely for a few days. They have really strange behavior and sometimes they just do things that make you worry. If it is still holding on to the rock though that is a good sign. Don't panic yet, I've seen them do some wierd stuff. Moby
