    ARGH!!! Confused about Lion-sizes...

good choice with the radiata. you dont see many around. just make sure you have a plan for weaning it before you actually buy it because ive heard of them being problems to get them to eat. and a 48 is a pretty good size as they get to 10"

    Banded shark?

angels are very nice. there are some absolutely gorgeous varieties. i would say go with one of those. for an eel i would recommend a snowflake or moray. also a pretty cool "eel" is the green wolf eel. it is actually a psuedochromis (i think) but is shaped and acts like an eel. i just realized...

    Your best gift you got!

i got a zen micro. its awesome. but i also got 135$ maybe 155$. and you know what that is right? its a start on either a 30 gallon lionfish tank or a 30 gallon fw tank. it all depends on how much money i make between now and my birthday and and how much money i get for my birthday.

    Lion Fish Q's

i would recommend a russels lion. probably the most active lion and very very nice looking. and they get pretty big but can fit good in your tank

    Lion Fish Q's

i would say as little live rock as possible but try and get some in just for some natural filtration. try not to clutter up the tank too much because in a 75 gallon a volitans gonna need all the room it can get

    FOWLR tank

a cleaner would be gone so fast. the lion would eat it also. i would say maybe a few hermits but i wouldnt count on them staying there very long unless youre lucky

    FOWLR tank

SFE's are mostly peaceful so if you get a passive one he should be OK with the fish but i wouldnt trust one for a second with inverts

Giant Puffer with 1000 gal tank

i dont think a 750 is necessary for a porc but 125 is definately too small. i would say a 300 with the right proportions would fit it or even your friends 500 if it was maybe 6-10 inches wider. ive seen porcs at the boston aquarium that were absolutely huge. like 18-20" monsters.

    FOWLR tank

the eel probly wont get through where the filter is but you never know. try covering it with something. it doesnt have to be airtight. also a volitan is pretty close to being too big. i would take a look at a russels if you can find one. a vols would probly fit but it would be close. LN hawks...
