It swims more like a wrasse than a blenny, and doesn't have the right face I believe.. My friend thinks maybe a young type of dottyback, but I'm not sure. I'll look into gobies too, but its mannerisms differ from most gobies.

My friend had this happen with her yellow tang. After she bought a cleaner shrimp, it healed..the shrimp seemed to love cleaning him. That may help.

At this point, I believe it's a unicorn. Judging by these pics I found: The color seems right, along with the striping in the fins. This was labeled "Blue uncorn tang" Though I'm wondering about the color change, since the juvi pic on here is already the adult colors.. This one looks similar...

It looks like you have the same shape tank as me! What are the dimensions? Mine is 4ft long, 2 feet wide and 30inches tall.. I've only ever seen another like it, and I believe this one is as well..Beautiful tank! Mine is nowhere as pretty as yours, it's still a work in progress. %h

I have what I believe to be a Xanthid crab. He's white with tan splotching, and the tips of his claws are pointed and black. He's hiding in a rock in a bucket right now, any idea how harmful/less he can be? Should I remove him or simply toss him back in? Any ideas how to get him out of the rock?
