my 180g has 20kk's 2x400w and 2x250w, like spsaddict some of my corals have turned to a more green hue. over my 29g i have 1x250w 10kk and i get a more yellow hue from corals. hth kc

FWIW if you keep a carpet under enough light and provide enough current that it 'rolls' the cap slightly as long as he's feed he will not move. i'v had them stay put in the spot i placed them into the tank for over 5 yrs. they also prefer a sandy substrate with a rock next to them to attach...

the Sebae was probably your best choice IMO. why did you want to get rid of it if they were being hosted in it allready? second in line of your choice is the carpet, but they get huge and like to eat quite a bit of silversides, they eat fish not shrimp and squid. they demand high water quality...

it depends on how strong your strong current is. Xenia IME will grow fairly well in medium strong current, and GSP's will grow in very strong current. i dont recommend any LPS with very strong current, SPS are better suited if you light and water quality are up to par. hth kc
