Can a koran and and emperor angelfish be together?

That is about how long I have had mine, I got it as a fry, and it has grown a lot! What do you feed yours? I believe that mine has the early signs of HLLE, and I have been trying to treat the water with ZOE and feeding extra Angel food, and Brine Shimrp Plus, but she seems to only be getting...

Can a koran and and emperor angelfish be together?

My Koran is probably a little smaller than you, and she is the sweetest thing. How long have you had your Koran? I am having quite a few problems with mine, so I was just wondering if you had any problems with yours. Just remember that the Koran is going to grow to about a foot long, and the...

    CHILLERS????????

My tank always stays at 80-82, I like that because it reduces the chance for parasites such as ICK, and my fish don't really seem to care. And the only time I ever lost a fish to heat was when one of my cats had yanked a heat and the knob got turned some how, and I got home from school and the...

    Tomato Clown eating live shrimp

My coral banded was the only shrimp that my puffer didn't eat, but after he ate the others, I decided not to chance it and traded in the coral banded just in case. Are you feeding the Clown enough? I am sure that you take great care of it, I just wondered since most animals only feed when they...

    10 gallon dont laugh

I have a 6 gl eclipse tank, (have had two -three fish, SMALL in at all times) The only problem I ever had was that if I didn't clean the water a cetain way that it would get really cloudy and I would have to start over. (I know you guys all think that it is bad, but I have never lost a fish...

    Need advise fast!!!Please help!!!

I agree with everyone, and I would watch out because sometimes hermits and coral bandeds can pick at your corals, or stress them. I would get some fish first too, because their will be a slight increase in ammonia, so if you get the corals first, they maybe get very stressed with an ammonia...

    BAD FISHY!!!!!

I have seen many firefish kept together, I think that it would be a good idea to move stuff around, they are just trying to find their pecking order in the tank. If the fish is eating, he is not being harrassed too bad, and everyone in the tank just needs time to adjust. If the old firefish...

    Get me a new fish!

I really like pufferfish. I think that you could add one more, especially if your tank has been running for awhile. I liek the pufferfish because they are nice and friendly and have alot of personality, and yet don't get pushed around in a tank. Your tank sounds great!!! ~~Megan

    longnose butterfly fish

I was told that they are not very finicky, that they get along well, but just that butterfly fish don't last very long in the aquarium, kinda like tha cleaner wrasses. The butterfly is doing just dandy one day and the next day, gone. But while you have it, I have heard that they are wuite easy...

    Velvet Damsel

At my ***** the fish are fine, not a lot of a variety, but its just that the people are just people looking for a job, most are not fish experts, or even really think much of the fish. They just have to sell the fish to get their pay check is how most of the employees feel, but of course, not...

    Crabs, Snails, and copper?

Crabs and snails would not do okay with copper int he tank, but the snails would be okay with meds. if a fish happened to get sick. But many times, you can find a more natural remedy for your fish, that I feel works better for sick fish, unless their disease is in a very advanced stage. ~~Megan

    Lateral Line Disease

I believe that my baby Koran Angel might be in the begining stage of Lateral Line, but I can not remember the exact syptoms or cures for her. Since she is soo little I feel terrible for not taking care of my "baby" better, since if I remember right Lateral line is caused by poor nutrition. As...

    Dogface puffer

I also agree, they are beautiful fish, but the dogface eats pretty much anything. If you really like damsels, you might be able to keep a full grown domino with the dogface. My puffer is a sharpnose, but she beats up everything, and I mean everything, so I had to get her a tank of her own. ~~Megan

    Sick Tang

My clown got one of those, and I got really worried, and then within a week or two, it just went away. All I added was some stress coat, but I don't really think that it did anything. I hope everything is okay! ~~Megan

    Eclipse Tank

I have kept salt water fish in an eclipse tank for over 7 months. It works great, but if you want corals, you would need new lighting. Otherwise, it is all ready for your fish.
