I just shut the flow off completely, and use a turkey baster. They grab right onto the Mysis and you can turn the flow back on within a few minutes. Takes two minutes total feeding time. Easy...

Check your PH. My PH dropped a while back to 7.8 and the clam wasn't happy and didn't open much at all until I corrected it. YOU need to check your PH YOURSELF and not the LFS because the PH of your sample changes by the time you get it to the LFS. Good luck.

I tried to kill an Aptasia in the middle of my Xenia colony. Joe's Juice wiped out half the Xenia colony. All the stalks fell off the LR and floated all around the tank until the settled somewhere else. Most are still alive, just all in different places.

Probably just Moulting. They will lose their shell and a brand new on will be underneith. Mine do this every couple of months.
